We began our work back in the 1970s, when Memphis had virtually no downtown housing. Today, our Harbor Town, Uptown and South Bluffs communities are thriving. Our residential projects— from urban lofts on the South End to repurposed historic buildings in the downtown core—have sparked revitalization and a sense of community. And, today, we continue to pioneer new options and forge new partnerships.
